  • Photos and images: selfies and portrait photos you upload to generate AI-generated images.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number or CVV.

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks, and session data.
  • Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
  • Advertising and analytics data: collected via Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager — see Section 9 (Cookies) for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating AI photos from your uploads.
  • To process payments and fulfill your orders.
  • To authenticate your identity and maintain the security of your account.
  • To send transactional emails, such as order confirmations and support responses.
  • To measure advertising effectiveness and optimize our marketing campaigns via Meta Pixel and GTM.

3. Facial Data and Biometric Information

Because our Service processes photos of your face to generate AI-generated portraits, we may process information that constitutes biometric data or facial geometry under applicable state laws (including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act and similar laws).

Key points regarding your photos:

  • Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate the AI photoshoot images you requested.
  • We do not sell, rent, or disclose your facial images to third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
  • Uploaded photos and generated images are retained for up to 90 days after generation to allow you to download your results.
  • You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@flashyr.co.
  • We do not build persistent facial recognition profiles or use your likeness for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party vendors that help us operate the Service, including:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery
  • AI model providers (e.g., Fal.ai, OpenRouter, Google Gemini) — image generation
  • Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring
  • Helicone — AI usage monitoring
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement via Meta Pixel

These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as directed by us and in accordance with this policy.

  • Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by US tax law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@flashyr.co and we will promptly delete it.
